Hollywood actress Katie Holmes resolves problems with her superstar husband Tom Cruise by making weekly written confessions, as laid out in the Scientology code.

A source close to them was quoted as saying, “Katie has to confess to something as minor as forgetting to tell him she has met with a friend.”

“If she commits a transgression against the moral code of their marriage, she has to tell Tom in writing, giving full details of the time and place and what happened,” the source added.

Terminally ill British reality TV star Jade Goody has bid goodbye to her friends  and family as she now has “only a short time to live”.

According to reports reported that those close to the cancer-stricken Big Brother star say the next 24 hours are critical in assessing how long she has left.

“It’s heartbreaking to see Jade like this, she’s such a brave girl. She really needs to be surrounded by her friends and family at this time,” said a close friend. Goody’s mother, Jackiey Budden, 50, spent around 30 minutes with her daughter.

The star, 27, wants to be baptised in her bed at the Royal Marsden Hospital and is considering withdrawing from the public eye after being told “enough is enough”, the website added.

“We’re hoping and praying that Jade (Goody) pulls through, but the fact of the matter is that she now only has a short time to live,” said her publicist and close friend Max Clifford.

Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise wants to take his family camping across the US.

Cruise, his wife actress Katie Holmes and their daughter Suri will stay away from luxury hotels in tents and cook under the stars, say reports.

According to Holmes, “We love the outdoors. Once when we were camping Tom made pasta carbonara for me. He knows exactly how to do it. A pinch of this, a pinch of that. He has a recipe, but he also kind of improvises by himself. You have to do the egg at a certain time.”

Cruise and family will go camping once he completes the promotional work for his movie Valkyrie.

“They’ll be accompanied by a friend from the church of Scientology, as Tom never likes to be too far away from his religion. They will also have security camped down the road to keep any unwelcome people at bay,” says an insider.

There is concern over the privacy for the family if they go camping. “They are certainly likely to cause a bit of a frenzy. But the whole point of them moving away from luxury holidays  is to do things as a normal family,” added the source.
